No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product received is damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue.
Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

Eligibility:
- Exchanges are accepted within 2 days from the date the item was received.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Process:

- The customer must specify which product they wish to exchange the purchased item for.
- The shipment cost and customs duties (both to and from our facility) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Cost Adjustments:

- If the new item selected is less expensive than the original, the price difference will be refunded.
- If the new item is more expensive, the additional cost will be charged to the customer.
